13 wasted photos, 3 10 packs of film and no photos to show. What a waste. Following the instructions, I loaded the film and made sure the yellow mark lined up with the window on the back of the printer. There was no problem twisting the handle and removing the black foil cover. But when I try to extract the real photo it gets stuck and won't come out. Nothing I tried could fix it. No turning of the knob will eject the film. It will always stick. I checked to make sure I'm turning in the right direction and there's even an arrow on the button so it's not hard to figure out. Opening the back panel in a dark room and removing the stuck photo didn't help. The next photo will also stick. So I have no idea if this printer even produces decent photos. This item is definitely not worth the money.
