The best part about working with their team of designers was how quickly they understood our vision for each project. I really enjoyed having them work closely with us to develop concepts that made sense within the brand strategy we were building together as well. Very creative! They also had great people skills which helped make any problems between myself or other parties easier to navigate through when things got tricky at times. Their process can be very time consuming so you have to expect this if it fits your needs/desires for what you're looking for (in terms of quality). We worked alongside another agency once during an important client meeting regarding branding where PUM's presentation stood out most among them all.
