First impression SOLID decoration I have right now (wish it was blue). The real deal Ouch in my 20g hole (2 year old piercing) but with breathing exercises and a bit of bacitracin it fits like a glove. I'll give it a month and get back to you with an update. All my 20G nose bones fell out of my nose so let's see what 18G does. Finally, forgive my pimple lol. I would recommend this seller and these nose bones (I have two of them). I'm just saying: buy more colored stones and the buyer will appear in me. BRB !Updated December 2020: The color of the stone in the left nostril has changed. It no longer looks light, but brown. Update February 2021 I ended up ordering another one to replace jewelry that has discolored so well so far.
