Budget version of the trigger point massager. It gets the job done for a very reasonable price. Sometimes I'm afraid of twisting it too much because it's plastic, but so far it's holding up very well. The massage tip rotates 360 degrees to adjust to the desired angle. It rotates by pulling down and twisting. Sometimes it accidentally turns on and spins when massaged, but it's not that hard to fix. Overall I would definitely buy it again to help with trigger points that cause neck pain/stiffness.
