After trying and comparing to other brands, this brand showed the strongest signal range. The panic buttons reached the recipient 300 feet away through several buildings. That means the receiver was in one house and the panic button was in another house 100 feet away. The 300 foot test was conducted in a heavily foil insulated, fully enclosed, tinned shed; that really surprised us! Unfortunately, after a few months, the receiver started to malfunction and all buttons flashed at once, randomly about once a week. Made for a couple of restless nights when they run downstairs to see if everything is alright only to luckily find them alright and nowhere near the panic buttons. I've tried resetting and restoring (connecting) all devices, but to no avail. I contacted Chtoocy with usage details and problems and they didn't hesitate for a second to send a new receiver which arrived very quickly. It worked great the first time and we're back in business :) Very happy with the product and customer service!
