I bought this product because it was advertised as 'non-stick' and has a 'lifetime' guarantee. Both are lies. Everything worked fine for a few months, then something started to stick. I went to the website to see what they had to say about the issue. They obviously know that the product will not perform as advertised within its "lifespan" and suggested baking it in the oven to restore its "non-stick" properties. I've done this several times and as you can see from my photos and videos, that's a lie too. When trying to claim their 'lifetime guarantee' I found that if you wanted to pay the price of a new pan they would send you another one. Please see the image of "Camalizer" at the sale price of this product. As you can see it sold for around $9. Bruce at Bulbhead told me that to replace the pan under a "lifetime warranty" I had to pay $9.99 for a replacement. If I hadn't bought it from Revain and didn't have the order number I would also have to pay to send the broken pot back to Bulbhead. The cost price will be higher than the price of the pan.
