Review on Caboodles Barbie Spring Dreaming Organizer by Angel Larson

I bought this purely to store nail accessories. Knowing the size, I knew this case would not fit my cosmetics even for travel. It is very thin and more suitable for brushes. Even low profile pallets tend to slip and I prefer a more separate and secure system to organize and prevent breakage. It is definitely suitable for manicure tools and thin cuticle cream bottles and jars. Even though I went into it with such expectations, I was still surprised at the lack of quality in the details. The Caboodles logo is set in a small oval indentation and the type of appliqué used is evident as the background is a matte square that ripples where it doesn't fit within the oval stitching. This is not a sticker that needs to be peeled off, it is permanently applied but looks very sloppy. Also, the Barbie logo on the latch has been placed very crookedly, to the point where it's clearly wrong. Finally, the main compartment arrived with a thick, straight, strand of black hair. Just a friendly reminder of the work that went into making a product like this in China and now I feel disgusting and criminal for buying a frivolous Barbie case for my precious manicure set.
