I ordered the i-Gadjet M9 BT wireless headphones through Vine hoping they would give me the ability to listen to music while working around the house and garden. I've never owned headphones (I use my wireless headphones at home) so I was excited to try them out. You can also use the headphones to make and receive calls. The headphones have arrived and passed a short check. You get two earbuds, seven earbuds (five large and two small), a charging cable (too short) and a user manual. They come partially charged so it didn't take long to fully charge them. The left earbud acts as the main "headset" - something to be aware of. They paired quickly and fairly easily with my phone (Moto G6+) and I launched my music app. Wow. As others have pointed out, the sound is pretty good for headphones in this price range. I was very happy with what I heard through the headphones. I put them back in the suitcase and waited until the next day to try them on chores. Okay, I was ready to go and turned on my headphones. They quickly connected to my phone and music, and the workday began. Unfortunately, something went wrong here. I found the volume controls to work sporadically at best (triple-tap the left earbud to decrease the volume, triple-tap the right to increase it). And sometimes the knock was registered as a request to call in or pause the music. Annoying! I started using the volume wheel on my phone to adjust the volume on my headphones. Then it got worse, my music app's audio would cut out every few minutes. It wasn't long before I took out the headphones and put them back in the box. I have sent the seller a related question to see if they can provide any help or insight into the issue. You reacted quickly. Unfortunately, the suggestions they suggested didn't solve the mute issue. I've tried various things on my phone to see if the problem is there (it's an 'old' phone now) but I haven't been able to determine the root cause or cause of this (I don't have this problem with my wireless Connection). BT earphone or speaker when connected to phone). So it is difficult to verify as the cause of the problem is unknown. I don't want to crash the product if my phone is the problem. On the other hand, I may have received a pair of headphones that have a problem. I just do not know. That's why I gave a 3 star rating. They paired easily with my phone and sounded really good when they worked. But I found the controls unpredictable - me again, my phone, or the headphones themselves? I think I got a bad pair so please keep that in mind when ordering. Finally, the case is pretty smart as it has a mirrored top through which you can see the earbuds charging status. It also has a flashlight and a USB socket for a suitcase that can serve as an emergency power source. I hope that my review and experience will be of some help to you.
