Velcro disappointed.
It is written that Velcro is strong, but it is not. I had to sew a little velcro to hold it together. When my 5 lb kitten was in it, it fell apart. Velcro disappointed. After a large seed, it now stays harvested when she enters it. I don't know if that's good weather protection. It was not placed outside. That's why I bought it for an outside cat. Instead I got a high performance cooler and carved a door into it. It is not carried away by the wind, it stays warm and dry.
