UPDATE: I came back here to knock a star off…pun intended. This tree topper was a little tricky to get situated on my tree. It is very flexible with the coil base and kept wanting to lean. I included a photo showing the slight lean I was fighting for reference. The photo also shows that the power cord is highly visible going down the top of the tree. If getting the star on straight wasn’t so much of a battle, then I would have spent some time creatively concealing the cord. I also want to note that I have 8’ ceilings and a 7.5’ tree. The star is kissing the ceiling and I smashed down the top of my tree quite a bit. Overall, I still really love the look of this tree topper, but wish it was a little more rigid. It really doesn’t need to be able to flex so much, not sure why the base is so bendy.ORIGINAL REVIEW: This star tree topper looks great from every angle. I have a rotating Christmas tree stand, so my tree needs to look good on all sides. This 3D star is perfect. Beautifully designed and well made. I ordered the "champagne gold” and it definitely gives that vintage vibe with it being a silver-gold combo. The lights are a nice bright soft white. They are battery powered (3 AAs), batteries not included. Overall, this tree topper is a real show stopper and I can’t wait to adorn my Christmas tree with it. I highly recommend!
