The My Beats Solo Wireless 3 On-Ear Headphones are great, but due to the rigors of travel and everyday use, one of the ear cushions, namely the leather padding, has started to loosen. I fixed it once with Gorilla Glue but it had to be replaced. I found these replacement pads from SoloWIT and bought the kit. The hardest part was carefully removing the old gasket because of all the glue they put on these things. And a tip - listen to the instructions when they tell you to remove all the old glue. This is the key to a good seal and a good installation that lasts. After removing all the adhesive and cleaning the area I fitted a new/replacement gasket and it fitted perfectly. Now they look exactly like new. Very happy with this product.
