My 1 year old has eczema I also have a 6 year old with eczema and it works great super moisturizing very rich it leaves a bit of oiliness but as I love it that way of thick lotion that doesn't bother me. My son's pediatrician gave me great insider tips: bathe the baby for 20 minutes and take them out of the tub and drink for 3 minutes to help lock in some of the moisture and it works really well when I do this apply method. . I'm very glad I bought the kids version and it didn't work, but this one works great.
