I received a blocked ATT branded device from the Amazon Chubbiestech seller. Battery problems render the device unusable with the battery installed, even though it appears to be a new battery. The device only switches on if it is connected to the mains without an inserted battery. The device claims to have been wiped but the admin password has been changed from the default which means access to the unlock menu is not available if you purchase an unlock code from att. The Chubbiestech seller himself marked the device as blocked on its box, which makes me wonder why it was shipped in the first place.
