Best iPad 10.2 Case 2019

For me a good case that protects my iPad 10.2 from falls, liquid splashes, has a stand. I use my iPad every day at work for many applications. I need a cover that will prevent my hand from slipping and falling from 3 to 4 feet onto concrete, tile or any type of floor. This poetic event will do. Yes, I'm rough on the case, so it has to be rough. For under $30 I couldn't find a case that could do what I needed unless I was spending $60 plus dollars. So 5 stars is an estimate!
