The 2 step process works MIRACLES to make your lashes incredibly thick and long! I will say that after almost a month of use you need to be more careful with the "Step 1" fiber pitch as it started leaving little "clumps" so I found I had to brush a few more times to get to that be careful not to leave some clumps before applying Step 2 Mascara. But it's worth it because it's the best mascara I've ever tried and at 53 I've tried a lot!
