This mic stand will last around 2-3 weeks before you notice poor quality and workmanship. I bought it in June and it broke in early August. Used 3-4 times a week at night for 2-3 hours. You need to tighten the screws to keep the microphone stand from falling off. Once you do this, the mic stand will break after a short while if you move it sideways. The cable broke so the stand no longer held the mic. Pros: None Cons: 1. The clips holding the cable didn't work right away. You didn't click correctly. Had to use tape to hold them.2. The payload is not large. Using the Hyper X's USB mic weighs next to nothing. If you don't tighten the screws, the stand won't support the weight3. After you stand in place and move it out of the way, the cable will break.4. It's clearly not designed to be moved around once the mic is in place without undoing the screws and re-adjusting them every time you adjust the position slightly. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality mic stand. I spent the same money and bought a Rode with no problems. Rode is intended for casters/streamers who want to move their mic without loosening the screw every 2 seconds. DO NOT BUY this cheap piece of low quality plastic.
