The panel is larger but much thinner, can run on either batteries or an outlet (Neewer can only run on batteries), feels more premium (Neewer has a plastic case that looks a lot cheaper), has more feedback and control ( a true pen display rather than a Neewer dial with almost no information or feedback) and the light quality is much smoother with no need for external diffusion. The only benefit of buying the Neewer brand is that their light is brighter than SUPON. That does not mean, that this light doesn't have a good light output - it does - but the Neewer light can get a lot brighter.
