I'm about 5'1"/120 and 34A. I bought the small which fits me a bit but is still comfortable enough to offer the full range of motion for sports the medium could probably fit as well if I wanted a looser fit, but for swimming/kayaking/kayaking the tighter fit was a better choice. I didn't mind the heat and humidity at all and felt very comfortable all day. I bought an all white top - it's a bit see through when dry and obviously more when wet so wear a bikini, lol. It is machine washable but I chose to air dry the shirt as it is a quick drying material anyway and I figured it would last longer that way. I am very happy with this purchase and will consider purchasing another!
