Faulty USB Charger Ruined My Day

This cable is unreliable when connecting computers, which makes it frustrating to use. On one occasion, I plugged it in and it didn't charge my device as it was supposed to. The cable is also poorly constructed and doesn't retract properly, making it a pain to store. The only advantage of this product is that it is compatible with multiple smartphones. However, I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable charging cable for their computers.
