New to your product but you have been pleasantly surprised by 1) the care and attention you have given to your packaging, 2) the build quality of the product, 3) the attention given to your customers, and 4) the functionality and utility of your products . Note. I didn't have much time to review the product I purchased but it works great and the build quality seems to hold up over time. USB-c charges my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra just as fast (or at least very close) as my Samsung USB-C charging adapter. Given the flexibility of my Samsung charging box next to my bed and the need for a multi-plug power bank for my computer, I was able to have a separate USB-C charging option on my desk so I could ensure my phone was always available while charging Journey. Files from phone to PC or vice versa; and now I have a dedicated charger that I use most of the day and I can be sure my phone is charged for zooming or other virtual calls for work. Excellent material!
