Accuracy is poor and slow
Accuracy is 3-4 degrees lower, so you need to be careful when cooking meat. Ice recorded 28.4F and rapid boiling water was 209.4F, it also takes almost a minute to reach the temperature when it's still a long way from room temperature so it's not an instant measurement. 1 star for the price and 1 star for being better than nothing and guessing the temperature now I know it's not 3-4 degrees.
