Review on 🥬 SEO-Optimized San Craft Cabbage Slicer BS-271 by Jessica Frederick

This product seems to be quite light compared to the wooden ones of my youth, but cuts quickly, thin and cleans without difficulty. I'm a little worried about my fingers, but the plastic mount protects them well. No signs of rust after repeated use and washing. I was planning on using it for kale but I've also used it for onions and it slices them very finely which is great for tossing in a pan to caramelize and put on steaks or burgers. As I write this I'm thinking of trying apples to see how it works for deep dish pie. I miss the heavy wood but this works great.
