The ease of use to create new forms for all your needs is amazing! I have been able to quickly build out many different types of surveys in just minutes or hours instead of days/weeks that it would take me with another product (or even our old one!). It's also easy enough to change fields when needed - not every survey tool allows you do this easily without writing code yourself (which can be challenging). Some features are more intuitive than others so if those aren't there yet then don't worry about them too much until they're available via an update / upgrade from their development team. Our goal was simple- get better feedback at lower cost by using existing staff rather than hiring additional people specifically as Survey Takers.
