Bought because of the extra protein and because Shakeology is so damn expensive. My package arrived Wednesday last week. I mixed two scoops with almond milk, spinach and banana. Had a cocktail as a breakfast substitute on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I first noticed the awful gas Thursday afternoon. On Friday morning I wanted to take the child to school and I couldn't go. I've been in the bathroom for the last two hours. My whole day is wasted because I can't stop pooping. Heelllloooo diarrhea and stomach cramps! If you don't want to live in a bathroom, don't buy this crap.
