To clarify some questions about the inclusion of a FLANGE GASKET: The product is currently described CORRECTLY and does NOT include a flange gasket. It is not in the description and I think it may have been in previous years or packs. I ordered the flange gasket separately so I'm fine but wanted to post this asap. Let's say everything is fine. with the product unless I go back and change my review. I think if I don't try to change these seals. In that case I assume you are on your own!
