Forget about sinus relief. Eucalyptus is not strong enough to provide relief. However, I love this stuff. It's great after a long, sweaty run on a hot, muggy summer evening. I have never felt so clean, fresh and energized. It's really expensive for the amount you get; But in terms of quality, I have to say that it's worth the money. I'm on my fourth tube.
