I had high hopes for this product after reading the reviews. I am so disappointed. In less than a month, my black XL will be almost completely out of order. I printed less than 75 pages, not even close to the advertised 700. I have an Epson XP-610. Every time I print a page I have to clean the printheads or I get streaks on the pages every time. Except disappointment. I've never had to clean the printheads that often when using Epson inks. I managed to install all the cartridges by tonight. I just swapped out the cyan ink (my original Epson cartridge) for seepey cyan ink. The printer does not recognize the Cyan Seepey cartridge after a few tries and troubleshooting and the printer will not let me undo the fact that the cartridge is not recognized so now the printer will not print. UPDATE 3/18/21 - Seller contacted. went out and refunded my money for the cartridges so i'm updating my rating to 4 stars for their customer service as they really stand behind their products and will fix this if it doesn't work. The cartridges were not compatible or not recognized by my Epson XP 610 so I would not buy them again for my particular printer.
