Asking the customer to look for 3rd party software for use on PC is NOT plug and play. I was looking for a WoK Xinput emulator. This was not a simple easy install and it could be dangerous. I ended up using the WoJ Xinput emulator since the ONLY WoK install was a password protected ZIP file. My first thought was why is the free DL password protected? Then when I tried to unzip with the given password my antivirus kicked in and quarantined it. It was then that I realized that the password was intended to protect against virus scans in the zip file. Do NOT use a WoK emulator in my opinion, there is a free WoJ emulator that works great and is uninfected. So after about 2 hours of searching, after testing and installing the software, I was finally able to get it working on my wife's PC. She says it's a good controller and works well. We haven't had it long enough to say anything about durability, but we'll see. Personally I will not be a regular customer of this company or any other company that directs customers to find third party software to use their product. It should either be true plug and play or come with what you need to use right away. TRUTH IN ADVERTISING is a must and these people are lying when they say it's plug and play for PC.
