Very easy to assemble

Better than I expected. I thought it would be difficult to assemble a balloon garland because this is my first time trying to make a balloon garland, but it turned out to be very easy. My husband inflated all the balloons while I put them on the garland, it took us 1 hour 30 minutes, not too much. We have received many compliments.
