Review on Walker 15800 Certified Catalytic Converter by Antoine Dean

This might be a good replacement if it's welded to your exhaust which I won't know until I do which I'm not sure but I bought it based on the claim that it would fit directly onto the screws fit. Judging by the photos, the flange is oversized by about 1/8 inch, creating a gap that isn't ideal for a decent weld, and the pipe is flattened on one end, creating a very poor gasket and exhaust mating surface. When you bolt this on as the 1/8" clearance in the flange allows the exhaust to move if enough force is applied. I will get the opinion of my nearest mechanic before deciding to return this. But the other end looks pretty decent. I just wish they wouldn't sell it as a bolt or I'd just take what's already on the car. Attempts to avoid business sometimes end in headaches. Spring.
