My last purchase of this particular item failed. I've been using screensavers for years and I know how to use them. I've actually ordered them before, but the quality has dropped a lot since my last two purchases. As others have noted, the edges of my Note 9 don't exactly match. Dust collects on the edges, which weakens the seal (which isn't a good start). The first didn't stick well, slid across the screen and broke because the edges didn't fit properly. I applied the second one and it's been on for a week and is now sliding across my screen like an oil slick. The instructions for use are definitely lost in translation and if I wasn't an advanced user I would never have figured out how to use the screensaver. I wonder if the instructions were intentionally written in obscure English so the company could blame the negative reviews on user error?! I don't like writing negative reviews but felt it was necessary given the price it is uneconomical to return an item allowing the company to keep their money for poor quality. This is a complete failure.
