Thank you Amazon for the fast shipping. The product did not convince me at all. Instructions 3rd course and does not contain any information. I've assembled computers and connected components to a home theater system, but it's NOT intuitive. The interface is nonsense. Garbage. . I wouldn't have to search the internet for decent instructions. I also don't have to call customer service from China or take the time to return this. I'm sure my son, an engineer, will figure it out, but a technically competent person doesn't need help. I very, very much suspect that this company hires people to write positive blog reviews because I can't believe how many positive reviews there are for a third class product. Unbelievable. The videos on YouTube are great if they put effort into their instructions and user interface. My advice ? Don't buy this until they show respect for the customers.
