As an SMB owner I can rely on this software for my daily operations as it's easy to use and has great customer service! There are so many features and options which makes managing our business easier than ever before. The ability to create multiple user accounts (which we do) without having to sign up each one individually. This allows us more flexibility with how users interact within the system. Sometimes there are minor glitches when logging in or using certain tools but they quickly get resolved by their support team. We have been able to streamline some of our processes such as accounting and invoicing through 500Friends. They also provide excellent reporting capabilities which gives me data at all levels from top-level sales down to employee interactions.
