Does your Mercedes/Chrysler Crossfire just start doing nothing when you turn the key? Don't blame the car. This part was outsourced and had bad solder joints on the original when the car was built. This new version from Standard Motor Products is much better put together. As a dealer repair, it is better to have a large repair budget. Very easy to install yourself. Under the hood on the right side of the car next to the battery. Plastic fuse box with retractable locks. disconnect the negative battery cable. open the box On the side closest to the engine you will see this part. Has 5 connections. Just turn them all off. each of them only fits in one place. Slide the old one forward and flip the front side up and out. Put a new one in and connect the connectors. Replace the top and reattach the negative cable. Start your car and fall in love all over again.
