I was very excited when I bought this product as it seemed to be the best robot mop, it cleans and rotates the pads for a better cleaning. Con 1- BUT it stopped charging after 1.5 weeks. Con 2 - The instructions mentioned that for wet cleaning you need to wet the cushions, and if you don't wet them, the wet cleaning won't wash, basically the water tank doesn't wet the cushions, it seems that the Der Water tank is for decoration. When the pads are dry, the pads will not receive water from the reservoir. CON 3 - it washes randomly and goes through the same spots 10 times, skipping other spots. I would not recommend this expensive toy.
