I really liked it better than I expected! I ordered a large one based on the reviews. My waist is 30-31. I need a medium. I had to tie the belt too tight for comfort. The top is also tied tightly around my neck so I think the medium will do the job. Just ordered on Wednesday. Otherwise I'm satisfied. Excellent stuff. Not a cheap feeling.
