Very Easy To Use ! for my opinion
These jump ropes are amazing to use! My brother and I use them all the time and they weren’t hard to figure out how to shorten the length. For the length all you have to do is untwist the handle and once it comes off you take the cover off of the white thing and pull it to the desired length!
Pros
- I served my purpose. One comment I can make is there is no explanation for adjusting the length.
Cons
- The rope is too long for shorter individuals
