Review on Niyage by Brian Avila

Where Elegance and Disappointment Meet.

As a parent, I was eager to give Niyage a try because of the company's stated mission to provide fashionable and useful products for children. However, I was left feeling really let down after dealing with this web-based shop. The first problem was the low standard of their goods. The shoes were unpleasant for my kid to wear and were made of poor, fragile materials. The corporation obviously put aesthetics ahead of functionality, as seen by the fact that their products looked wonderful but failed to do what they were supposed to. Furthermore, there was a severe lack of service to customers. I tried to return an item, but the agent was rude and unhelpful, and she didn't seem interested in solving the problem. It was a negative encounter that left me with an unfavorable impression. As a whole, I would not advise other parents to use Niyage. The trendy items they sell aren't worth the hassle of shopping there due to low quality and unhelpful staff. Don't bother; go somewhere else on the web where form and function are equally prioritized.

Pros
  • fashionable, up-to-date looks
Cons
  • a restricted number of products to choose from
