Very disappointed with the quality of the filter and the work of the service department. Given the timely regular replacement of all modules of this model, its failure after 1 year and 4 months indicates its low quality. Water barely flows in a thin stream, the device itself emits frequent uterine sounds. All possible ways to fix this problem on your own have been tried (buying new cartridges that have not yet expired). The customer service is just disgusting. They promise that the repair will be carried out within 5 working days, however, during the specified period, not a single master even called. And this despite the fact that my repair is not guaranteed and I am ready to pay for the work of the master. If this problem is chronic and you need to regularly call the master to debug the filter, then its cost, as well as the cost of water consumed, increases many times over. And the very possibility of calling the master turns out to be a big question, since it is not known in what number of days or weeks he will arrive.
