had an electrical problem in my fifth wheel recently... the park manager checked the power at the electrical station and said it was getting power and he thought it had something to do with my trailer. I ordered this product and received it the next day, plugged it in and it said there was a problem with the park's power pole (missing L2 120v)...the park manager was confused but proceeded to swap out the outlet...still"read missing L2 120V". Then he turned off the 50 amp switch in the base. Walla! That's the problem! If it weren't for this gadget, I would probably spend hundreds of dollars trying to figure out what's wrong with my trailer! I'll keep it on now that I have it just in case there are surcharges or other electrical issues!
