The device was dropped after the first week of receipt. I tried to contact Hoover Manufacturing but kept getting delayed. The vacuum cleaner I bought is the fifth generation I own. In the last four generations of the same Hoover product, there has only been one issue and the support team was quick to answer the call and rectify the situation. Very upset that Hoover customer service got lost. I gave my working 4th gen vacuum to a friend who needed an upgrade for my needs, but have since had to borrow the unit back for repeated use due to my mother's issues.
