I wasn't sure if my HP Deskjet 3630 would accept cartridges because it didn't recognize the color (the only one I had to replace). Everything I tried didn't seem to work. So, a little frustrated, I closed the printer and left the new one in. A few minutes later I turned it back on, low and my color ink gauge was full. Don't be discouraged if it doesn't work on the first try, keep trying, eventually it will recognize the cartridge. I ordered these cartridges yesterday and they were in stock today. When it comes to printing, time is of the essence. They were very well packaged in bubble wrap which I threw away as soon as I opened them. Have taken past photos though which show how well they have been received. I will order again and often more from this seller as long as the price is right!
