I was installing a rear view camera on my Honda van. Got everything wired up and realized when removing the old rear view mirror that Honda uses a cam-lock style mirror mount. My new backup cam is a wedge type mount. On a hunch I searched revain for an adapter from cam-lock to wedge type mirror mount. This was exactly what I was looking for and it arrived in one day. My unit did not have instructions but it was very easy to figure out. It hold tight and secure and installed in literally 3 minuets. The aftermarket wedge type mirror fit right on this adapter with no problems. I recommend anyone who is installing an aftermarket rear view mirror or backup camera on an older model Honda to get this when ordering your unit. Without it you will have to mess with the hassle and mess on installing a new wedge mount directly on your glass. This is a pain, trust me.
