So far so good. I've used it three times and it's worked well, although I'm always a bit afraid of breaking it if I press too hard. Since enough reviewers have complained that part of the cleaner dispenser clogs quickly, I always try to rinse out as much as possible and never leave the cleaner in the container after use. The wipes stick to the bottom surprisingly well (a relief after annoying disposable Swifter wipes that have to stay on the bottom of the Swifter). One complaint (more of a mild annoyance) is that the cloths are HAND WASH ONLY. Had I known/noticed this before buying, I might have shopped around and looked for machine washable items. (I still might.) But overall mostly satisfied.
