upset. I am sorry.
I was excited but disappointed. I thought they had to test before boxing but look at my photos and tell me this thing is unused. I bought this as a birthday gift for someone but there's no way I'm giving them something that looks used. I blame myself for not reading enough reviews. I see review after review complaining about the sharpness shown in videos and photos. This is disappointing. My T-Outliner works much better. I was planning to buy a second one after giving this one away. Does not happen. I hate to be harsh but this is NOT the product they presented. I don't mind paying for quality, it's just not right. I am sorry.
