Exactly what I expected and should work great.

Replaced red straps. It was a little difficult to put on but you want them to be neat. Here are the tips. Use some soap and wrap them in a rag to put them on. It still requires some muscle power. I smeared them with super glue to keep them from moving. Haven't mounted bikes yet, but these straps are much sturdier than old, rotten and torn ones.
