The best thing about this tool is that it has saved me from having to go through multiple emails in order to get my customers' information. It's also easy for them to find their way back to us when they choose to do so. I've noticed some issues with customer support as well. Sometimes if you're not sure what you need or how to use something, it can be difficult to figure out at first. We are using this to send our newsletter to all of our clients once per month. This helps keep track of everyone who signs up.
