Low score - for the working application and the dampness of the product. Had I known, I wouldn't have taken it.

Cleaning - qualitatively, for this I increased the score. First, I collected half a tray for a week, then a third. Now - a little bit. You can clean the bag after 2 days.

EVERYTHING matters:
- WiFi - only 2.4 GHz.
- the name of the Wi-Fi network - ONLY LATIN LETTERS and numbers (thanks to the "review"! It helped a lot, it was not indicated anywhere else!).
- Important! - the first connection should be from Android (better, Chinese, take it from a friend for a while, if not. It will normally register the device in the Xiaomi cloud [and in the application], and then you can log in under the same account, but from the iPhone and everything will work I tried for a long time from the application for iOS, I went through all the steps, but the device did not appear in the cloud [the application only communicates with the vacuum cleaner through the cloud]).
- region MANDATORY - CHINA (or "Continental China" for iOS; this is a completely different server and different settings - everything is different in the application!).

If you don’t know even one damn thing, then you simply don’t understand what is going wrong.

It took 3 full days to set up the application, reading forums, no information and support. The application itself at the time of purchase in the summer of 2022 was extremely slow. This product was not ready for the 2022 market, purchase at your own risk. It was sold only through "left" shops and bleer_ru, from which you will not get adequate technical support (another story). But surprisingly, according to the reviews, this is the best thing on the market 🙈 (especially for this money - but cheapness - apparently a consequence of dampness). 2 (Dec-2022).
