EVERYTHING matters: - WiFi - only 2.4 GHz. - the name of the Wi-Fi network - ONLY LATIN LETTERS and numbers (thanks to the "review"! It helped a lot, it was not indicated anywhere else!). - Important! - the first connection should be from Android (better, Chinese, take it from a friend for a while, if not. It will normally register the device in the Xiaomi cloud [and in the application], and then you can log in under the same account, but from the iPhone and everything will work I tried for a long time from the application for iOS, I went through all the steps, but the device did not appear in the cloud [the application only communicates with the vacuum cleaner through the cloud]). - region MANDATORY - CHINA (or "Continental China" for iOS; this is a completely different server and different settings - everything is different in the application!). If you don’t know even one damn thing, then you simply don’t understand what is going wrong. Dudes in the garage filed a script on constants 🙈. At least the sellers have collected instructions for their buyers . Finally - try to connect the application before the first use, you can pass if you don't have enough strength :) PS.
