Review on Gamepad Canyon CND-GPW3, black by Gabriela Zawada ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best thing I've ever used, I recommend it to everyone!

The main problem for me with this gamepad, which the truth is, many probably will not encounter. (if you haven’t tried to start your old dinput gamepad with new games, you will most likely not understand the continuation) it became that one of the engineers who created this combine decided that it was convenient to send data on the position of the triggers using one axis. One axle for two triggers. One is from zero to negative, the other is from zero to positive. What happens when both triggers are pressed, I think I don’t need to explain: A + (-A) \u003d 0, oh, and the triggers are not even pressed. And this is how all remappers and x360ce recognize it. So it is practically impossible to use it in games through remappers. The strangest thing is that in steam games and others that the gamepad themselves, everything is fine and the two triggers work both separately and together. You can p Human fall flat on this gamepad. As a result, I am almost completely satisfied with the gamepad. Play fall guys on the couch, ride around the track or surround the apartment in moving out - no problem. By the way, yes, the gamepad made friends with parsec. All this is not inferior in quality to the controller from Microsoft, and what is important - it is cheaper by 2 thousand, which is almost twice.

Pros
  • 1. A complete copy of the gamepad from xbox according to the location of the ons. The main difference is in the sticks, they are quite specific here. 2. Backlight - gives +100 coolness (not strong, you can turn it off, quite a nice feature - the ons do not seem so gray against the background of your life) 3. Dongle included. It is possible to play on the principle of connecting anywhere and there are no problems, you do not need to buy a Bluetooth dongle for a PC. (has a reverse side, see cons) 4. Versatility: the ability to connect to a switch is a nice bonus. 5. Charging via type-c (a specific plus of course, but formally it's still a virtue) 6. Assembly - everything is ok, backlash squeaks - by zero. He survived the fall from the computer desk steadfastly. 7. There is vibration, and it's pretty decent. Not exactly cosmic, but not annoying. 8. Pleasant ribbing on the back side of the gamepad ultimately had a positive effect on convenience
Cons
  • 1. The lack of Bluetooth says goodbye to true wireless. Connecting the gamepad to a phone or laptop is not very convenient - the dongle is very large: more than an average flash drive. 2. Due to the ability to connect to a PC, pretending to be an xbox one controller and to switch pretending to be its PRO controller and the increasingly omnivorous Windows and Steam are sometimes confused and pretend to be a Nintendo PRO controller when connected to a PC. It continues to work quietly, but at the same time the ons can be confused in the incentive - it is treated in the very Steam menu for controllers by setting the normal scheme (one on). Well, or just scold the gamepad and press the reset on, he is aware of his behavior and again pretend to be an xbox one gamepad. 3. Some games that are very picky about gamepads (COD:MW 2022, WWZ) will not get along with this gamepad. Although these fads don’t work even with a pro controller and from Microsoft, so for them if you don’t want to dance with a tambourine, only the xbox one original gamepad, so to speak. 4. The trigger stroke is quite short, although this may be a plus for some. It's not that they were almost ons, there is no way to dose the pressure, but it requires some skill. Personally, for me, this is slightly aggravated by the fact that the right trigger does not give out the maximum value when fully depressed. But this is not critical, games on pressing this trigger respond almost the same as on its left twin.
