Does not fit E39 facelift
According to the description, E39 does not fit, at least facelift with Celis rear light. The tab design, if you look at it, is different than OE 61138369702. On OE, the tab has two 'legs' attached to the side at the front of the connector, but this has a flat part in the middle. This will push on the taillight part so the connector can't go in. In addition, it is well made, the tolerance is good enough that it can be plugged directly into the socket. Too bad I made a mistake in the design.
